Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Nutrition Coaching & Personal Training Services: To ensure the highest quality of service and dedicated scheduling for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all personal training and nutrition coaching services. 24-Hour Notice Required: All clients must provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment start time. Late Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated the same as a late cancelation and will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate (or the forfeiture of half a pre-paid session credit). You can cancel or reschedule right on our website, or you can text 458-277-6063 or email mmultimatefitness@gmail.com Exceptions & Policy Acknowledgement: Emergencies: Fees resulting from sudden illness, medical emergencies, or severe unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed and waived at the discretion of the coach/trainer on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrivals: Arriving late to a session will result in a shorter session duration covering only the remaining scheduled time. The full standard session rate still applies.
